I've worked for the MTA for 18 years and these are the most comfortable work boot I've ever worn. I have a wide toe box but standard heel which makes these boots perfect for me. Comfortable it the toe width and stable in the heel cup. They break in after one 8 hour shift. I just wish they still came in Black as the rail grease and steel dust etc. from the tracks shows up quickly on Brown. Rockport please don't stop making this XTR toe cap series as they are a game changer. If you walk 10+ miles a week or work in transportation then I can't recommend these enough. Thank you Rockport!
