I have purchased 5 pairs of Twisted X boots over the last 4 years and the 13EE has fit well and are comfortable right out of the box. This is the first pair that I have ordered online and assumed they would fit as well as the others have. This was the first waterproof pair that I have purchased and they were kind of tight. I had trouble just getting my feet in the boot. Once I managed to squeeze into them and wore them for a few hours they seemed to stretch out. Still a little hard to get on, but they are getting easier with every time I put them on. Overall they are good boots and look good as well!Put a request ina week ago to return and replace. As of date I have not heard from the company. Other than that, I think that the product will be good when we get a pair that fits.Good work bootI'm done with Twisted X so third pair of boots and I've got that are too small then I order a different style and then they're too big makes no sense to me used to love them now I hate them
